Being a girl

She went to school in a shirt 

but had to take it off.  

He went to school in the same shirt 

And nothing was said  

Why was it different for the girl? 

Was her body the problem?

The fact that she was a female

 made it different 

Why did she put a hoodie on?

 because she was a “distraction” 

Why is it that the female has to get punished for what goes through a guys head?

 because it's easier to tell a girl to put something on

 instead of teaching a guy right from wrong 

“Boys will be Boys”

they say 

But what does that have to do with it?
